This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our official website www.gutsshakti.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation window: An order may be cancelled only within 60 minutes of placement, provided it has not entered processing, packaging, or dispatch stages.
• Immediate processing: Most orders are processed automatically and immediately after confirmation. In such cases, cancellation is not possible even if the 60-minute period has not elapsed.
• Finality: Once processed or dispatched, the order is considered final, binding, and non-cancellable.
• Company discretion: Gutsshakti reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject cancellation requests.
• Administrative charges: If a cancellation is exceptionally approved, administrative, transaction, and handling charges may be deducted from any refundable amount.

NOTE: Cancellation is a conditional facility provided at the company’s discretion and not a customer right.

Refund requests are subject to strict conditions:

• The request must be raised within 15 days from the invoice date.
